30 minute walk in the park... watching my friends run. Good news..... my physical therapist said she will have me up and runnning in 2 weeks!!!!! Also attempting Pilates again tonight...

Hi Shilpa and Friends!
Today was my first day back in the gym after my surgery, so I took it easy. Did 30 mins on the treadmill, didn't exceed 4.2 mph (sigh), but did crank the incline. Surgeon gave me the go-ahead later in the day to get back to my regular gym routine, but wants me to work up to it, since I've been "off" for a week, had surgery, and still need to give my body time to repair itself.
in the afternoon, Eddie and I also worked on laying the new kitchen floor, which definitely counted as exercise!
