Good Morning Everyone!
I did my hour on the Elliptical this morning and am doing all liquids today just for today to reset my mind set. What is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Morning, Shilpa!

Good for you on the mind "reset."

I did a full weight circuit this morning, followed by some ab work and preceded by 10 minutes on the treadmill at a medium incline.  Felt good to get back to a "normal"ish routine!

Karate again tonight.  Last night, I cracked my middle finger on someone's leg blocking a kick.  The crack was so loud everyone heard it!  It hurts like a b*tch today, although its not broken, bruised or swollen, i think the joint where it popped is just sore.  Tomorrow night I start with my personal trainer...although we are limited on upper body stuff because of my rotator cuff.  I am beginning to think exercise is dangerous for my health instead of the other way around LOL
