April Cooking Class - Last opportunity for a few months!!

I can certainly do the chocolate cake (remind me again when it gets closer) I have a great recipe and it is so easy! Of course it is sugar free but NOT low carb, so it is a treat (just my disclaimer!) lol

I've never made Apple Brown Betty but I will do some research!

I definitely plan to be there... unfortunately, that Eric guy is planning to come too, isn't he - which means I'll have to come up with some other dire emergency to save face while avoiding meeting him...  HAHA.  Seriously, though - i'm looking forward to it.

And based on current progress, my kitchen should be ready in plenty of time to host MAY's Cooking Class (YAY!!!).
