Good Morning All!

B: Oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese
S: low fat, sugar free blueberry muffin I made
L: ordering take-out, have to go with what the consensus wants
S: yogurt
S: string cheese
D: debating between greek marinated chicken breasts or london broil - if it isn't raining I may cook both because I'd really like to grill them
S: chocolate pudding or 1/2 a PB&J (I'll have to tally every up for the day and see what I need)

I have a bunch of stuff packed for work....have no idea when I will eat what or what I will eat with what...but here's what's in there:

Carrots
Apple & PB
Wrap w/ ham and cheese
Greek yogurt w/ berries
Ricotta cheese
Nut mix
String cheese
Tomato/basil soup

Not much but the wrap is substantial so I will probably end up having two of the things together....like the soup and the cheese with a few crackers thrown in or whatever.  It's increasingly difficult to eat "substantial" things at work due to volume so I've been packing lots of smaller things and eating them in combination.  Not the greatest in keeping me full but it gets protein in etc.
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

S:  Curves bar  & Nectar Fuzzy Navel protein in my water
L:  Greek yogurt w/ SF pudding mix & frozen berries.  Cocopop w/laughing cow wedge
S:  Dannon Light & Fit Blueberry yogurt
Pre-gym:  1/2 protein bar
Post -gym :  1/2 protein bar
D:  Spinach salad w/strawberries, tuna & light ranch dressing
S:  ???? - maybe nothing.  That's how it went last night.
