Good Morning PA!!
I did a grueling hour on the elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks. What is everyone else doing to move today?

morning Shilpa.. I am going to go out at lunch time and enjoy the sun! 

I'll take a 30 minute walk probably on the street next to mine.. it is a nice walk with hills and everything.  I want to go on the trail by the creek,but I'm sure it is wet from the rain, so that will have to wait.

Good morning!

This is one of my "good" days.

I did 60 minutes of strength training at PF, then a 60-minute run on the eliptical at the work gym.

I am wide awake and hypertestosteroned up at the moment.

Good Morning. If it isn't raining at lunchtime I'll walk around the street at least once. Last night I actually did an hour of fast paced cleaning / straightening upstairs. I know it isn't "formal" exercise but I have to do what I can these days! lol
