Congrats on your first day of south beach and getting back on track

One word of caution - eat your 3 meals even if you aren't very hungry. You need to get in a certain amount of calories / protein etc or else your metabolism doesn't work right. Gotta feed the machine!

Keep up the great work!

Great job getting back on the wagon.  I agree with Liz eat something so that your body doesn't go into starve mode.

Eat at least three small meals.

Ok...I know I posted a response to this before...but it must have been lost in cyberspace somewhere.

Congrats on getting back to South Beach.

I echo the other replies about making sure you are eating.  Even if you aren't "hungry" per say, eat by the clock.  I am by no means asking you to eat when you are full.  If you are full and not eating most of the day, then you need to cut back on portion size and eat small meals 3-6 times a day depending on your surgeon and your nuts guidelines.  NOT eating throughout the day actually SLOWS your metabolism down and will end up adding to slow weight loss, NO weight loss, or even weight gain.
