Whoop Whoop

Well, cetrain things have happen that are beyond my control (some know what has happened but don't post about that here or facebook please- if you want to know send me a PM here/facebook or an email...) and because of those things Annabelle has had to go on formula... and my milk is disapearing... but I think we have figured out part of her issue... she is a lactard like her sister was at this age... so she is on lactose free formula which has really helped her gas issues... but because I wasn't planning on doing formula I was wondering if you all would send me whatever kind of coupons/formula checks that you get for Simalic (think that is the spelling)...

but now on to the whoop whoop part lol... because of Annabelle not getting as much breast milk I have been able to cut back majorly on the carbs I had to be eating because of her doing the boobie juice... well I was up to 236... it was so depressing to see that number when I would step on the scale... well today it was 230... WHOOP!  I really needed to see that today... now to figure out a workout i can do and not break my back till the girls shrink (I pray and hope to god they shrink lol)...

Well off to finish my asian apple glaze for some pork chops... tootles...

Congrats on the wow and on the positive movement... i know that getting back on the track (workout and carbs) will help "lift" you as well...  hugs!

Shannon - I'm a member of my local freecycle.org.  People post all the time who either have the BOGO coupons to give away or if they are looking for them.  Never know, you might get a windfall of coupons that way.

well with the reading freecycle i have only gotten screwed... show up to get stuff and they aren't there when they said they would and then yell at me online... or send them a SASE for them to send it back to me and never get them... so I have kind of stayed away from freecycle recently...
