I didn't see one...am I missing it?  If I am, somebody pls slap my hand for typing this :)  Gotta get back to more structured eating - the past few days of me calling out and being at home since Thursday is never a good thing.  I managed to make mostly decent choices but not great by far and I KNOW I was under protein most of the days.

Now:  "protein shake" made w/ 1/2 cup skim plus milk, 6 ounces greek yogurt, half cup frozen black cherries
Lunch:  Going to blimpie.  Will be ham turkey and cheese, very little if any of the bread, lots of veggies and some oil/vinegar

Packing for work:
Ricotta cream w/ balsalmic strawberries (Yes, I was able to leave them in there until today, lol!)
Greek yogurt w/ berries (and probably an individual pack of graham crackers)
1/4 of the blimpie sub (I got a half, and ate half of that after the gym)/Tomato Basil Soup
Apple w/ PB, Individual package nut mix
I have carrots w/ me as well in case I need to crunch

**I edited this....once I got home and started packing stuff...it changed***
