TGIF Workout!!

Good Morning Everyone!
I did my hour on the Ellipitcal and lately have been walking at least an hour on my lunch and breaks. What is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Morning Shilpa!   Just got into work from the gym....elliptical and bike today.....hoping to go again Sat. and Sun.   I've got to light a fire under my butt.   Using this Spring weather this weekend to do so!

Going out at lunch to walk up to the end of the street and back. Had a day of a lot of braxton hicks contractions yesterday and several this morning so I won't be power walking but at least it is getting me moving!

Well I just got done with my friday work out I worked out at 11pm when I got home from work. I did over an hour on the Wii fit plus it felt great I did not yoga abroics strength cardio ect. now I'm online for whole minutes then bed. I'm feeling great I even lost 2 bls since my last weight in yesterday.
