***Feel Better Friday Roll Call***

Two days in a row I start roll call.  Wow, I need to stop working night shifts.  The Feel Better Friday is for our good friend Karen, who is recovering from her appendix surgery. 

Karen - Very bummed that I won't get to meet you Saturday.  If you didn't want to meet me in person, you could have just said so.  You didn't have to go and get your appendix taken out!  Seriously, I hope you are feeling better and are up and about soon.

I am working till 6am on the ambulance tonight.  Easy night, not much going on.  Had a great day Thursday.  Sigh... not enough hours in the day though.  Going home in the morning and taking a little siesta.  After that, I will begin my search for the baby eggplants for Saturday.  Plus I need a few other things as well.  Nothing planned except enjoying the beautiful day today.

I usually do not have the time to get online prior to work.  I must finally be getting used to my new schedule after the end of all my years of school and late nights.

Today I'll be working till 4.  During my lunchbreak I'll get out to walk my 3 miles then to the gym on the way home.  Have a few errands after the gym if not too tired will get them done if tired I'll come home and get comfy.

Hi all,

I like your title by the way.  I am fighting a cold myself.  I have a gig tomorrow night so I don't know how that is going to go down.  By the way, those of you that are in or around Potter County, we are having a great band at Olga's Cafe tomorrow night as a continuation of St. Patrick's Day.  We will have dancing and also give you all an opportunity to dance yourselves.  I don't know how many of  you know Coudersport, but it is a quaint, little town in north central PA.

Today is another work day.  I am hoping I get sent home so I can rest.  After the Expo on Wednesday, we may get a lot of folks in.

I did not get to post a get well wish for Karen.  I hope whoever is texting or visiting her today that they will pass along my best wishes and let her know I am praying.

Friday has me already having walked the Utley, and getting ready to head to PetSmart to drop him off at camp.  On the way, I am stopping by WalMart to get some stuff for tonight's AA meeting, where we are celebrating our annual anniversary.  Then, I am heading to work and after I get done torturing, I mean teaching my darlings, I will pick Sir Utley up and head home.  After my AA meeting I must pack, because I am going to New York on Saturday.  

I hope everyone who is not feeling well gets better soon so they can enjoy this wonderful weather.  I dug out my sandals for today.

Good morning all. I am embarking on the weekend from HELL. LOL. I am working today then, I will be driving 8 hrs to charlotte NC. My grandfather is having a 90th BD party this sat. While I love him and would not miss it for the world. The state of the family, his children and grandchildren is in the worst place ever. I would not be surprised if NO ONE actually speak to each other at the party, Alot of really hurtful things have happened planning the party, ( of course they have nothing to do with the party it is old bad blood coming up) but even I have been shocked at how ugly it has gotten. I doubt after this, that I will see these people again unless it is at a funeral. So then I will be driving back on sunday, so NO FUN FOR ME. Keep me in your thoughts, My new post WLS attitude often gets me in trouble because i actually say what I am thinking! OH THE SHOCK AND HORROR

I hope ya'll have a good weekend then weather is supposed to be nice thank goodness.

have a safe trip Nicole and try to enjoy the weekend as much as possible.  Family stuff is so hard to deal with sometimes. 

Try to remember why you are there and celebrate your grandfather's birthday.  How many people live to age 90 anymore?  Happy Birthday to him!

So glad you are still celebrating his birthday with him dispite the family issues.

And, we are missing each other by a week.....LOL. I am heading to Charlotte NEXT weekend.
