Move it Thursday!
Morning Shilpa!!
Good job getting to the gym so early. I wish I could do morning workouts, but between my work schedule and my daughter getting off to school, it just doesn't work out.
I worked my arse off at the gym last night in boot camp. It was amazing!
Today, I will go out again at lunch time and walk for my 30 minutes. It is so beautiful out there. Let's hope it stays this way!

Walking in the park for 30 minutes. My next round of physical therapy begins tomorrow and I can't wait! I am so tired, frustrated and sad that I am in constant discomfort.

You're right -- it does feel really good! I never knew how much I liked to dance, or that I was actually good at it. I hadn't done any kind of dance class since I was 12 years old, and back then I had a dance teacher who always criticized me for my lack of a "ballerina's body" and called me "porkchop" right in front of the whole class. (I wasn't even that chubby at that point -- I had about 20 or 30 extra pounds at the most.) I had gone to her dancing school for 8 years at that point, so it certainly didn't give me a good opinion of any kind of dance!
And then last year when I started taking classes at my gym, I first took step classes only, and one night someone in the step class had a code-blue so they told the rest of us to go to the studio next door and join the Zumba class there instead. I guess it was love at first class for me, because I've been hooked ever since!
