B: Oatmeal
S: cheese stick
S: yogurt
L: chicken and broccoli
S: chocolate pudding
S: cheese stick
D: pork with mushroom gravy - left it in the crock pot this morning
S: chocolate pudding with PB and a little sugar free whipped cream

B:  strawberries, blueberries, yogurt with a sprinkle of Kashi Go Lean
L:  spinach salad with chicken, olives, black beans, tomato and balsamic
D:  the last of the zucchini lasagna

lots of water and my vitamins

S:  3 Mini Bel Laughing Cows Cheeses

L:  Cottage Cheese Pizza

S:  4 Ready Made Jello's

D:  Turkey Salad (Canned Turkey Breast with celery, onion, carrot, garlic, and spices)
