Prayers for Karen Goeller ***EDITED*****
I got an email lfrom Karen about 8:15 this morning, but just read it now.
She is in Doylestown ER with abdominal pain and some vomiting. They gave her pain meds which helped a lot and she had to drink some stuff for cat scan which she is NOT enjoying at all. That was at 8:15. Generally speaking you need to drink the stuff and then depending on the facility you wait one to two hours before the cat scan is done. I'm assuming she probably had her ct done recently and or will be having it done soon.
The doctor told her they are looking primarily for appendicitis and/or pancreatitis.
She gave me her cell # and I have texted her and will update.

Karen's cat scan results are back - definately appendicitis. She is going into surgery at one pm today. Prayers from all are appreciated!!!

Thanks for letting me know. I just saw her last night at the Barix Post-op meeting and she was looking great as usual and in great spirits. I hope everything works out for her. If you talk to her please tell her I am thinking about her. Positive vibes and prayers coming Karen's way.

WOW! Thanks! I'll text her and see if she wants company. I drive right past the hospital on my way home and can certainly visit with her today or tomorrow.
Thanks for the update Pam. We'll keep Karen in our prayers. I had my appendectomy removed emergency surgery at Doylestown hospital too. They are great.
