Good Morning Everyone,
Summer is right around the corner who is getting into their bathing suit this summer. I know I am!! I did my hour on the Elliptical this morning and have started walking about 3 miles after work I am determined to lose the last 8 pounds!!! Who is moving with me today??

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Morning Shilpa.  I WILL be wearing my suit no matter what!! Walking proud and tall!!

I am going to go out at lunch again and take a brisk walk.

After work I will go to the gym.  There is spin class, but I am thinking about trying a boot camp class.   We'll see what time I get there and how I am feeling about trying something new.

I am SO PROUD that I feel taller than you at times!!!  So, I CAN go from 5'2" to 6'6" on a good day!!!!!

so I took my walk at lunch 30 minutes..

went to gym and tried the boot camp class.  OMG!!!! There's a reason it's called boot camp.  It was an incredibly hard, yet rewarding class.  I was able to keep up for most of the class.  I only had to take a few breaks and they were short ones before I got right back into the groove of things.  I did squats, jumping jacks, step moves, kicks, killer abs, and who knows what else.  All I know is that I am going to need a LONG HOT bath and a good massage.  Any volunteers?!?!?!

DId an hour on the elliptical this morning. Done for the day!

My thighs and hips hurt from using the abduction and adduction machines at PF Monday monring. They hurt a LOT.  But it's the good kind of hurt.

Hi Shilpa,

Yep - I got to the gym this morning... did the treadmill plus stretching.  A nice mix of running and walking (with incline) on the treadmill, and worked up a good sweat.  I, too, am determined to lose that last 8 - 10 pounds!

Hey, I wore a bathing suit in public when I was 400+, I have no issues with wearing one now.

As for exercise, I'm leaving work a little early so I can take a step class before the Barix meeting. And I'm also throwing my very St. Paddy's Day parade in the office, and will be playing my bagpipes and marching. That counts for some exercise, right?
