Passport photo
If you decide to have your passport resissued or renewed, you will want to pay to have it expedited--$60 additional ----- especially if you a travelling next month
you can go onto www.travel.state.gov and fill out the application online, print it out and take it to a passport processing center. you will also see on that website, by putting in your zipcode, the postoffices or libraries near you that accept applications for a new passport.
However if you are just renewing it with a new picture, you can do it by mail.
The passport agency can tell you one thing, but it all comes down to the airline ticketing agent checking you in and also the customs agent in Aruba. If the are in question, than they are the ones that decide if you enter/leave the country or not.
