Sticking to the basics - tuesday

Good Morning All -

here's my plan for the day

7 am - B: oatmeal
8am - S: cheddar cheese
10 am - S: yogurt
12 noon - L: salad with some tortellini
2 pm - S: chocolate pudding
3:30pm -S: cheese stick
5:30/6 pm - D: Parmesan chicken fingers, broccoli and mac and cheese for Chris
7:30pm - S: chocolate cake with mint icing (leftover from our St Patty's Day bash)

Not really sure what I ate yesterday.........stressful day at work, and it showed in my mindless eating.  I haven't been posting.. someone yell at me please.

B: eggs w/protein bread
S: oatmeal w/ almonds-- must have drank too soon after eggs and was hungry
L: meatballs
S: roast beef and cheese rollups
D: spinach chicken bake
S: protein bar

B:  cottage cheese
S:  nectar twisted cherry protein drink
L:  greek yogurt w/SF vanilla jello pudding mix & strawberries
S:  nectar twisted cherry protein drink  (2:30pm)
S:  pure protein choc. peanut butter bar (1/2 pre-gym 3:45pm)
S:  pure protein choc. peanut butter bar (1/2 post-gym 5:30pm)
D:  chicken breast w/fresh spinach
S:  ???

Today's menu...

B: hot chocolate max Protein
S: half an apple, cheddar
L: tuna, small salad
S: roasted chick peas (new recipe -- OMG, these are good!)
S: protein shake (post-workout)
D: chicken thighs savoy (another new recipe)
S: ricotta ice cream

And lots of water, powerade zero, and tea -- still fighting off a cold! Have a great day, everyone.
