St Patty's Day Sticking to the Basics
Good Morning ! I'm mixing things up a bit today and eating a little more. Still well within my limits.
B: Cottage cheese & a couple of ounces of chicken
S: Nectar twisted cherry protein shake
L: Greek yogurt w/SF pudding mix & strawberries
S: Key lime pie yogurt & a babybel light cheese wheel
D: Green salad w/grilled salmon
S: SF pistachio pudding w/SF cool whip
Water & decaf coffee

too many Irish potatoes to count! UGH - I feel a little sick
