Tuesday movers and shakers!
I am limited on what I am allowed to do right now... 3 days a week for 30 minutes and no weight lifting below the belly button (so says my physical therapist) but I walked 2 miles in the park today. There were tons of runners out there and I wanted to join them... but I had to promise I wouldn't run so I didn't. I hate this.
