found a recipe online taht I m going to try & convert 1/2 stick butter
& 4 oz cream cheese - cream together

1 tsp vanilla
16 ounces SF confectioners sugar
2 1/2 SF ****conut

mix together then roll in balls and coat with cinnamon - sounds easy enough, will give it a try

I just made these saturday.

I used the reduced fat cream cheese, regular butter and the maltitol powdered sugar. They were yummy! After I mixed them I put them in the fridge for a while before rolling them, just made it easier to handle.

Enjoy!

I ate one of these today at work...the regular kind....made my teeth want to fall out!  WAY too sweet.  Is confectioners sugar the same as powdered sugar?
