***Spectacular Sunday Roll Call***
I don't know what's so spectacular about today...but figured it was worth a shot, lol!
Anyway - up early as usual on my day off - but at least it wasn't 3am like yesterday! Of course...I forgot to change the clocks ahead...so I *thought* I got up at 6am....turned on my computer...it said 7am...and I was QUITE confused for some time, lol
Gonna do some things around here in the early hours - dishwasher, litter boxes, ya know all that fun stuff. Never did go to the store yesterday so will probably run out and do that as well.
Then I'll talk to hubby. See if his parents are planning on coming up (that's a common Sunday practice). If so, I'll put on the pot of stew (didn't go to the store so therefore didn't have all the ingredients for said stew yesterday...) If they are not gonna talk to him about going out. Philly? Or maybe a mall we haven't been to yet? Dunno. I'd prefer to NOT stay home today, however.
So really - I have no plans set in stone but will hopefully enjoy the day regardless!
It looks like my area where I used to live in jersey flooded but BAD yesterday...a common occurrence there...so I'm grateful that I'm not sloshing my way to my car which normally would have had to been parked a few blocks away....definately don't miss those days!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 
Good morning Pam - and it is a spectacular day - it smells like SPRING outside! I love the smell of damp mornings - it reminds me of camp growing up and I LOVE camp! So much so that I am working there this summer! Anyway - again, I digress.......
Today is my son's 15th birthday. I can't believe it. Just the other day he was a tow-headed 4 year old with about a million questions and the ability to make anyone around him smile! Today he is a handsome, smart and funny teenager who has three friends sleeping over. OY VEY! I hope my mother is smiling down on us, kvelling! (That is going to be Jodi's new yiddush word today - lets see if she looks it up!)
So I am about to get dressed and head off to Hebrew School. After school we will come home for lunch and then head out to bowl, laser tag and what not with the kids and then dinner for Josh! Looks like Red Robin. He loves it there - and I LOVE their chili! Perfect!

Well good morning friends and isn't it a lovely morning?
The rain has stopped and it appears that it could turn out to be a pretty nice day outside. Unfortunately, I am at work till 5pm. I got an early start on the day and it seems to be paying off so far.
After work I need to stop and get more K-Cups at Bed, Bath and Beyond for at work and then home for dinner with the entire family. A Sunday tradition for many, many years.
I guess I should keep doing work or maybe eat breakfast. Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
ALSO... don't forget to change the batteries in your smoke detectors today!
