Recipe: 35 second chocolate cake
Made these tonight for Eddie and me - yummy! And really quick to make! (courtesy of Bariatric Eating: www.bariatriceating.com/BEhealthnutrition/recipes/secchoccak e.php)
We topped ours with a little cool whip light... and you want to eat them WARM!!! (perfect on such a crappy night)
Enjoy!

35-second chocolate cake for one
DON'T OVERCOOK or it's rubbery...start out with 35 seconds - then add 5 seconds as needed. It should still be moist on the bottom - not completely dry - it will continue cooking as it cools.
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 tablespoons Splenda
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Pinch of instant coffee crystals
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon olive oil
Drop vanilla
Spray a small coffee cup with PAM and mix all ingredients in cup. Cook for 35-45 seconds...allow to sit for a moment and serve.

AH.... ok - so try it this way...
Spray the pam in the cup or bowl.
Measure all of the dry ingredients into the bowl. Stir lightly with a fork to mix them. Add all of the wet ingredients. Stir again with the for****il mixed (all the way to the bottom). If you see lumps, mash them with the fork. Pop in the microwave. Enjoy!

I"m sorry - but I literally laughed out loud when you said you tried it and screwed it up. I didn't mean to laugh you...but it just happened lol
I like Karen's idea of stirring the dry ingredients first. You could also sift the ingredients....granted it would be another step but would help not get lumps.
sorry dear!
