sticking to the basics - TGIF!!!

Good Morning All

M1 - Banana
M2 - 1/4 bagel with cream cheese and greek yogurt with jam
M3- roast beef bits
M4 - salad topped with chicken
M5 - Yogurt
M6 - protein bar on way to grocery store
M7 - I'll pick up something easy for dinner when I am grocery shopping
M8 - Ritas!!!

This just feels like so much food, but apparently it's what I need to do for the next few weeks. I eat about every hour or so.

I haven't been posting here but feel I  need to for a bit more organization lately. Liz, I especially like #8 on your list!

B: Protein hot cocoa
S: Cheese stick with slice of turkey
L: Lentil soup (mostly lentils, little broth)
S: Yogurt with blueberries
D: Pepper steak, green beans, 3 bites of white potato
S: Maybe - Rita's SF ice, if it's not pouring rain.

L: shrimp with whole wheat pasta
S: ff plain yogurt with a banana
D: lean pork chop with veggies

L:  leftover steak with steamed veggies
S:  pineapple and cream cheese
D:  vegetarian meatloaf (if i get home in time to make it!)
