Doctor near Stroudsburg

My daughter lives in the Stroudsburg area does anyone know of a bariatric surgeon near that area she would like to start looking around. I had lap band surgery in jersey two years ago but not familiar with PA.

Sure - there are a few! There is Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, St Lukes - Bethlehem, Geisinger - Danville and I am sure others I am forgetting

When I was ready to have my surgery I had my mom who is an RN and has run a physicians office in Easton for 40 years research the docs. The doctor she works for also did research for me and they came up with doctor Clarence Holland. His statistics are incredible. He operates out of St Lukes which I believe with him on the team is now "a center of excellence" .
IMHO there is no reason to go any further then that to find a top notch surgeon.

Good luck. Like I said there are a number of good surgeons out there. My thing is that I also look at the facility, the team and the follow up. Distance for me is an issue between the pre-surgery appointments, day of surgery and all the follow ups and groups.

I do most of my business and shopping in the Lehigh Valley(I too live in the Pocono`s) so I get other stuff done when I`m down that way.
