Good Morning All!

Well I think I gained 10 pounds overnight with all the food I had to eat - I won't get on the scale until monday though...

banana in the car on the way to work
B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese and 1 hard pretzel
S: roast beef bits
L: ordering out - I want soup
S: yogurt
S: salami and cheese roll ups
D: shrimp and broccoli with garlic toast
S: chocolate ice cream or pudding

For some reason I'm not feeling quite right . . .  so here is the plan, but who knows

B: Banana, Inspire protein drink
S: DD coffee
S: 1/2 chicken pita - leftover from dinner last night
S: dried edamame
D: shrimp/snow peas
S: tea

Here's today's plan...  I've gotta get myself back on track (too many NUTS to snack on lately)

B:  Max protein shake
S:  Activia yogurt with muesli and coconut
L:  Salad topped with steak and fresh mozzerella
S:  Cheese stick and orange
D:  Not sure - probably a salmon burger
