I use it every day to track my food and my fitness, as well as for calculating nutrition for recipes (a lot of which I store on there). I really, really like it.
Took me a while to figure out that a search with "none" checked as options did NOT include the other options (search food that I entered manually, search foods shared by other members), so sometimes you have to click those, too, to find something specific.
The only annoyance is that in the popup "add a food" window, the default should be (in my opinion) search for ALL these words. But that's a tiny quibble.

I am a newer user of it, and basically only on my iphone (it's a free app)
I think it's pretty good. A lot of the exercise I do (like weight lifting) isn't an option and I don't know exactly how much I'm burning so I can't enter it....
I also haven't had time to imput some recipies I make and therefore some of the counts are definately off.
I'm still getting used to it.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/thumbsup2.gif)
