Sticking to the Basics - Wed
Good Morning All!
If you read my "need ideas" post you know that I am blowing every WLS rule we've been given in order to eat enough so here's the food I have today and will just eat a bite every few minutes all day long per Dr's orders
1 banana
2 packets instant oatmeal
2 hard pretzels
4oz cheddar cheese
2 oz roast beef "bits" (made a roast and cut it into bite size pieces)
1 1/2 cups cream of broccoli soup
2 protein bars
1 vitamin water
LOTS of plain water
leftover pork ribs cut off the bone and string beans or corn for dinner
chocolate ice cream with a cut up banana/peanut butter or strawberries
I am almost crying reading that daunting list of food!
