B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: yogurt and fruit
L: salami and cheese roll ups and maybe a salad if someone runs out
S: yogurt
D: pork chops and broccoli

Dinner hasn't been posted yet, have to work out the nutritional info on a new recipe.  It'll be something Indian. I'm going to try to make Palek Paneer. (Indian Style Cottage Cheese w/Spinach in a curry sauce)  Since I'm not attempting to make Paneer myself, I'm substituting Extra Firm Tofu.
