Thai cooking site

Ok - the recipes have not been adapted for WLS specifically, but Thai tends to be a very friendly cuisine to start with and is pretty easily adapted.  The recipes on this site are to DIE for and beautifully illustrated step-by-step.  It's worth a bookmark.  This recipe in particular (Hot and Sour Soup with Shrimp) caught my eye.
