TGIF Excercise

Good Morning Everyone!!
I am SUPER excited as I just lost 2lbs in 2 weeks!! Whoo Hoo!! since the scale has not moved since December!! I did my hour on the Elliptical and the bad me wanted to snuggle and stay under the covers this morning but I pushed myself and have been going back to basics eating wise. Seems the tool really works if your work it!!

SO what are you doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Got to the gym this morning for a good cardio workout, followed by some ab work and stretching.  it was the first time Becky came to the gym with me (she joined on my membership) and I think she enjoyed it.  I'm going to have to get used to her being there with me - changes the dynamic a bit (not in a bad way - just different).
