I have never been to this ceremony.. like I said, don't know too many orthodox folks and am not close enough to the ones I know to be invited to any of these things.

Last week Purim, this week upsherin.  What will we learn next weekend? 

I have a Bar Mitzvah to go to next weekend..Mazel Tov to him!

Oh Passover is the end of the month ( I think! lol) I learned lots about that last year!

Hi Friends!

Chiming in a little late, but better than never, eh?

I'm back in the workplace today after the week of contractor chaos at the house.... of course, despite the fact that I was working like a crazy person all week, there's still more to do here.  Sigh.

Ah well - tonight we go pick up the sink, faucet, and flooring, and paint, then we can start with all the stuff we're doing ourselves.  I have a feeling the "fun" part's over - haha!

But the progress is truly amazing so far. 

I'm looking forward to Barix tomorrow - I need a good support meeting!
