Thursday Movers & Shakers
Ok, so I just want to say that I had absolutely positively NO motivation for going to the gym today. None. Zero. Zilch.
I went anyway so kudos to me.
I did a circuit of full body weights, did all of my ab work, and then did 20 mins on the elliptical. Had planned on at least 45 mins on the elliptical...but I had literally pushed myself to do more than I wanted to, the weights took about 45 mins
