Wednesday Movin' and Shakin'

So what are YOU doing to move today?

I got to the gym nice and early and did a good 30 minutes at a high incline on the treadmill, followed by some weights focusing on abs and back, and then a great leisurely stretching session.  AHhh.

I just posted the excercise thread but will post again. I did an INTENSE hour on my elliptical this morning and will be hitting the gym to do weights this evening.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I did once heck of a 45 min spin class.  It was an instructor I haven't had before and I absolutely LOVE her.  Her instructions were more "focused" and I just happened to love her music that she played today.  I FELT like it was a much better work out than the other instructor...but of course my heart rate monitor died the other day so I have no way to prove it.  Oh well.

Then I did abs and some stretching...was at the gym for well over 1 1/2 hours between changing, class, abs, stretching
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I worked with the hand weights a little this morning.  Then I did an hour on the treadmill, followed by a few minutes on the bike.  I'm really working on not hating the bike and incorporating it into my workouts for longer periods.  Would someday like to have a recombant bike....
