morning Liz.. hope you feel better..
my day is going to be a bit off with my trip into Jersey, but I'll try
B: before drive: decaf coffee
string cheese to hold me over (separate of course)
B: at diner: some kind of omelette w/veggies and cheese.. will probably only eat 1/2
L: ?? depends on where we are, probably a salad somewhere or soup
S: I have cashews in the car for the drive back
D: chicken w/black bean salsa
S: protein shake after the gym
I have plenty of water for the day in the car and may supplement with decaf coffee, too.

so this didn't really happen today.. being accountable.
I actually didn't eat a whole lot today, good or bad, probably bad, but being out of the house definitely left little room for grazing.
pre-breakfast and breakfast were good.. string cheese and decaf at home, sheetz coffee on the way to NJ; breakfast at diner -3/4 of a mushroom omelette
lunch: um, beef jerky in the car between the diner and the mall ( we were at the diner for 2 hours) sf mints.. do these count? didn't want jerky breath.. lol
snack on way to doc-- whole bottle of water so I could make up for fluids and be able to take the preg test; cashews that I had in car
dinner-meusli made with milk
snack-almonds covd w/melted sf chocolate chips.. these cramps made me want chocolate
wow.. I don't think I even want to put this day into sparkpeople.. LOL.. but at least I put it somewhere so I could see how ridiculous my day was.. definitely not enough protein today, but I'll get back on track tomorrow.
