Had my 3 month po visit.  I am down 56lbs, and have lost 53% of my excess body weight.  Blood pressure was so good I couldn't believe it.  I had a sleep study done, and I no longer need my cpap.  No bp meds,no diabetic meds, all good things.  I have two other issues that I am working on, I am not getting enough protein or fluids.  I also have pain in the gut, which we are just going to keep an eye on as it is does not appear to be a blockage.  All in all everyone was happy.  Thanks to all my Pa Family for helping me to get to this point.
Hugs Ena

Ena,

Congrats on your successing.  Rejoice in your progress.  None of us are perfect and all have areas where we need to improve.  I know that Liz gives herself some times in the day when she has to have consumed so much fluid and that keeps her on track.  Maybe that would help you.  I hear you on the protein.  Somedays it goes well for me and others it doesn't.  Keep on pluggin away.  Take care.

Yay Ena!! Congrats!!

Donna is right, early out I set fluid goals - 1 bottle by 10 am, 1 bottle by noon eetc to get me into a routine. Now quite frequently I am to my fluid goal before lunchtime!

congrats on your successes to date.  It's hard to keep up with the proteins and fluids, but just keep moving forward and keep on successing.
