Morning to you all.  I'm headed over to Penney's outlet at Franklin Mills to return something.  I already put a pork roast in the crock pot, so that is what's for dinner.  Other than that, I'm doing some chores around the house, laundry and such.  Boring life I lead. . .

Flyers back on TV tonight . . . loved the Olympics but I'm ready for my Flyers fix.

Good morning all -

Today has me at wor****il 3:30.  After work, I'll stop at the Dr.'s office to pick up some samples and then head to the gym.

After a week of not going to the gym, getting back to it last night tore me up.  My upper body muscles really ached last night.  Note to self....try not to get off track with the gym visits when stressful events happen.

That's about it for me today.

Hope everyone has a super day !

Good morning PA
My goal today is to get in a full hour and half workout, you all inspire me so much.  I have a great lunch with some friends planned and I only have to run into my office for a few minutes today.  Starting to measure my body now since I am having problem getting my head around what is going on with my body.  Food is not planned at all but one step at a time.  Just want to thank all of you for being so motivational!

Good morning everyone...

Today has me doing a little bit of nothing today.  For once this week there is nothing specific on the agenda .... and frankly that makes me happy.  There are a few phone calls that I have to make and I need to call my Dr's surgery scheduler to make sure they have all the information from all of my pre-op clearances and testing.  I'm one of those types who have to make sure everything is going to schedule or i drive myself nuts.

Yesterday I had my Endocrinologist appointment and got some good news.  I'm officially off all my blood pressure meds, my cholesterol is normal, and my hemoglobin A1C went from just under 10 to 7.7 .  The only concern was that my Viatmon D was a bit low, but we are taking care of that.  I'm so pleased with the progress that I am making... the A1C alone was something to put my mood over the top yesterday.

Well, time for me to do some research and get some cleaning done around the house.  Hope everyone has a great day.

Good afternoon my beautiful PA people.

Late posting today. Had an early class, mailed Nicoles artwork, then came home to a fussy little man. He has 3 teeth coming in. and it's definately out of norm for him to be grumpy and not smile and laugh. Luckily, he doesn't scream and cry, get fevers or any other terrible symptoms of teething. He just isn't his "ray of sunshine" we see every other day. So I fed him, gave him some tylenol for the discomfort and he seems content right now as he crawls around and plays with his toys with elmo on in the background. He tends to clap every so oftem when he sees something he likes. It's cute.

Anyways, enough baby talk for those who find hearing about other's babies boring.....

I will be studying off and on today. I find I study better if I do it in chunks and take breaks in between. I don't feel so over whelmed.

As far as the healing process, I am doing quite well. Taking minimal pain meds, mostly just an occasional muscle relaxer as my abdomen has been cramping more the last few days. But otherwise, doing pretty good.

Hope everyone has a beautiful day!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Good morning Pam,
I am at work till 3:15, then a doctor's appointment then group.  I think I will ask my sister to pick up Utley at PetSmart because I am jammed for time.  We'll see.

Nothing exciting.  My life can be rather boring when I let it.  My students add excitement to my day just by being adolescents.

Have a agreat day.

Hugs,
Trish
