Kim Z. OUT OF SURGERY AND ON HER WAY HOME!!

I've just gotten off of the phone with Kim Z. and she's on her way home from Barix-she requested that I get a post up here right away despite the fact that she may not remember the request tomorrow!  Today she had her breast surgery redone (with some intensive capsular reconstruction), and a repair of the upper abdominoplasty which had come loose (along the rectus abdominus).  She is in considerable pain, but plans on going home and giving herself the right amount of time to rest, relax and recover.  She wishes that the hospital had provided the pain meds she and her physician had discussed.  They also sent her home without the required antibiotic prescription, but I'm going to help coordinate getting that with a friend who's at the house with her today in a little while.
Kim will reach out to the community as soon as she is able, and knowing Kim, that won't be too long at all.  I reminded her that she needed to give her body a little extra time, as this is the second time around for both procedures.
Look for her to begin hitting the boards in another couple of days!  Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts. 
As I receive updates and others who are close to her get info, we'll be sure to get it here as soon as possible.

Thanks for letting us know!  Sorry she had the snafu (especially with the pain meds of all things!) but it sounds like things are working out now.  Sending her good healing thoughts!
