B - Cherry Vanilla protein shake
S - Protein Bar (was going to be Sausage, Pepper and Onion egg bites - the Eggface kind, but I needed something portable since I had to go out of the office)

S - Was supposed to be the Protein Bar, but ate that earlier, so probably those bites
