B: oatmeal
S: Cheddar cheese
L: chicken with spinach and cheese
S: yogurt
D: leftovers - I have meatloaf and london broil with broccoli to choose from
S: ice box cake

B: hot chocolate Max Protein
S: oatmeal
L: chili with cheddar
S: protein bread with peanut butter
S: protein shake
D: chicken burrito bowl
S: protein ice cream (maple walnut this time, YUM!)

B:  Inpire Protein Drink
S: DD coffee
L: cottage cheese/salad
S: dried edamame (yeah finally got some more)
D: pork roast, tablespoon brown rice, brussel sprouts
S: tea

B - Cherry Vanilla protein shake
S - Protein Bar (was going to be Sausage, Pepper and Onion egg bites - the Eggface kind, but I needed something portable since I had to go out of the office)
L - Chili
S - Was supposed to be the Protein Bar, but ate that earlier, so probably those bites
D - Not sure what Erin is cooking
S - ????

I'm trying to plan more in advance, getting a little better...
