Good Morning Gang! What's on your menu plan for today??

B: oatmeal
S: yogurt and fruit
L: chicken soup
S: cheddar cheese and 1 hard pretzel
D: london broil and broccoli
S: Icebox cake (pudding layered with graham crackers)

Ok... this is my first post here and it's something I need to do to keep myself accountable. So here goes:

B - 2 11oz Atkins RTD protein shakes
S - Pure Protein bar and an oz. of peanuts
L - Salad w/ tomato, cucumber, roasted turkey and cheese w/ 1.5oz balsamic vinagrette dressing
S - 1/2c cottage cheese w/ red grapefruit
D - don't know yet (need to figure it out)

B: kimkins protein bread soaked in egg beaters and stuffed w/ricotta flavored w/sf banana pudding
S: latte
L: pork roast w/veggies
S: 1 oz cheese and mini apple
D: chili w/ soy crisps
S: protein shake after gym

L: swiss cheese and mustard on whole wheat deli thin
S: tea
D: grilled shrimp over salad
S: either tea or another protein drink
