Sticking to the Basics - Monday
Ok... this is my first post here and it's something I need to do to keep myself accountable. So here goes:
B - 2 11oz Atkins RTD protein shakes
S - Pure Protein bar and an oz. of peanuts
L - Salad w/ tomato, cucumber, roasted turkey and cheese w/ 1.5oz balsamic vinagrette dressing
S - 1/2c cottage cheese w/ red grapefruit
D - don't know yet (need to figure it out)
