Weekend Workout SUNDAY edition
Ok...so as soon as I can bend my legs enough to get dressed I'm going to the gym, lol
Definately feeling the trainer today! But it's a good hurt!
Today I'm going to an 8:15 spin class, and then will probably do some abs afterwards.
Anybody else moving anything today?

Like I posted in roll call, today is my power workout day.
There are 3 classes that I go to.. 1/2 hr cardio, 1 hr pilates, 1 hr body pump.
My back is a bit sore today and I'm not sure why. I took 2 Tylenol arthritis and I will lower the weights in body pump just to be sure I don't hurt myself.
This day totally covers every inch of my body and I always feel it afterward, but it makes my brain feel good!
