Which B hun? There are a bunch. I am guessing B12 since you are getting regular shots. Take a "methyl" B12 sublingual - about 1000mg a day isg good for most people. I take 5000 mcg but I am always low. If it is B1 (thiamine) you can also take a sublingual. There is also Folic Acid which is a B vitamin lol lots of options!

Hope that helps!

Liz summed it up - lots of B vitamins

I take 100mg of b1
1000mcg of b12

The b12 I take sublingual
The b1 I take regular pill format

I also take folic acid - but that is because I am in child bearing age and want to have kids and they recommend that for ANY woman trying to get pregnant - not just post op RNY
