I know it's snowing outside BUT what are you doing to move today? I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be shoveling a lot of snow tomorrow as I am sure most of you will be.

If I can't make it to the gym for Zumba (wah!), I'm going to do a Zumba dvd instead.  Gotta have my Zumba!!!  :)

I got it from Amazon.com. They also have them on Zumba.com of course, and I've heard that people have found them on eBay too.

I will find some video or DVR'd workout to do at home tonight.   Maybe I'll do walk away the pounds and have Siehara do it with me

I did shake my booty today
20 min treadmill (2.4)mph
3 minute elliptical
I am on restricted lifting so I pushed first round of snow of all sidewalks...no lifting it just pushing
It's definitely helping me feel better.
