Good Morning All! This is a haphazardly planned food day as I fully expected to be snowed in at home! lol

B: egg and cheese sandwich
S: yogurt
L: chicken soup
S: yogurt
D: something with shrimp
S: chocolate pudding

Hey Liz.. hope you don't have to stay at work too long.

B: protein bread french toast stuffed w/ricotta and sf banana pudding; 1 egg
S: homemade latte (bought an espresso machine!!)
L: turkey meatballs
S: cheese stick
D: chicken and veggies
S: greek yogurt w/protein cereal

Hey Chanel, I got a very basic Mr. Coffee Steam Espresso/Cappucino Maker.  I think it was $35 at Target.  I got a $25 gift card from work for a prize so I put it toward it.

The first one was good.  As I learn how to use it better and find recipes, I know it will be well worth it!

Ok, so I don't normally do this but maybe if I start just posting what I did plan, it will make me a little more accountable...

B - Protein Bar
S - SF Oatmeal  (I typically eat my protein bar on the way to work, so since it is the first thing I eat, I guess it's breakfast)
L - Soup of some sort...didn't plan that far in advance
S - Greek Yogurt
D - ???
S - ???

Haphazard is a great word for the day so far!

Here's my plan:

B: egg beaters omelet with naturally slender american cheese
S:  Activia yogurt with muesli
L:  Salmon burger over spring mix with spicy sauce
S:  Babybel light and maybe a clementine if I can find a good one left
D:  Shrimp in balsamic over dreamfields pasta maybe... (thanks for the idea, liz!)
