Picture Progress - NEWBIE (and others) SUGGESTION

Ok, so you're fairly new to the whole WLS thing - maybe even pre-op?  One of the best and most frequently offered pieces of advice is to take frequent pictures of yourself throughout the journey - honest and assessing pictures.  When you're having a tough time seeing the progress (the mind is the "slowest loser" - it's way behind where our bodies are), look at the progression in your pictures and prepare to be amazed and positively reinforced.  Mirrors lie.  Pictures don't.

Anyway, I found out today about a new Facebook app that's designed to facilitate just that very thing.  you upload pics of yourself, and it makes a little "movie" out of them so you can see your progress.  As far as I can tell, it's free (but it's advertising an exercise management program/game).   Details at:
yourshapegame.us.ubi.com/picture-progress

Hope this helps - it's a great idea!
