Interval training may cut exercise time dramatically

Fascinating article about interval training... this is what I'm doing every tuesday night with the "interval fight training" at my gym - it's hard to describe, but the article does a good job of it.  It's a real kickin' workout, but i feel so amazingly energized from it.   Didn't know any of this before starting it, but it's really good incentive to keep doing it!

Thanks for the article Karen. I have been working out to Jillian's 30 day shred and the whole DVD is based on this concept, so good to know its worth it!

my spin classes are definitely based on intervals.  I am going to have to check out the gym schedule to see what else there is.  I need to switch up on the exercise again, I think.  I have been doing body pump and spin for a few weeks now.
