OK Gang - here's the plan...

Cooking classes to be held saturday  3/20 (I know this conflicts if the stair climb thingy is happening but it is the only one I can do that month), and 4/17. I will then take a break for May and possibly June but REALLY look forward to getting back to it as soon as possible after the baby is born (so don't be surprised to see a June date pop up! I am sure a few of you might want to meet the  baby and all too)- afterall I'll be out of work and will have lots of baby holders to help out! :)

So for the details:
noon until ?? (usually 5ish)
address: 65 Raubsville Road, Easton PA 18042
Cell: 610-462-1204

Any suggestions / requests for re-made recipes? Something you've always wanted to try? Something you miss and would like to be seen made healthier? A made over Easter or Passover recipe?

Sooooooooooo who's coming?!

Oh and NO Chris will not be home - he has to work that day :(

Oh no oh no oh no!  What will the boys do???

If I could get some freaking concrete answers about switching days around at work, I'd be a happy girl.

If I DO get the nights off, I'm doing the stair climb and then coming to your house.  Have a chair ready for me, lol

I would still like to do the stair thing, but I just can't see it happening.  I don't think my knee can take it, plus I haven't trained at all..

Hello.  I am new to this forum and have just begun the journey.  I have my first appointment on Friday with Dr. Hollad.  I am interested in this cooking class.  Are all welcome and what exactly is it? Thanks for your time .

Hi Michelle! Welcome to the PA board!! Yes, all are welcome to come to the cooking class regardless of the type of surgery or where they're at in their journey. Liz usually comes up with some wls-friendly recipes or a 'theme' like comfort food. Other people make suggestions and bring food or ingredients to cook something. We have a lot of fun. I hope you can join us for a class!!!

I'm there with my helper, of course.  Maybe the snow in the park will have melted and she will be able to go to the park.
