The only 2 things that stood out to me was that your B12 is a bit low (my surgeon likes to see more like 700 - but that varies from surgeon to surgeon), also your blood sugar was high. Is this  fasting labs?

No that was not fasting labs so that is why my pcp was not worried that it was 116 I ate like an hour or so before I went for the lab work

The blood glucose thing I wouldn't worry about either....even it had been fasting (which I know you said it wasn't....)

The b12 like Liz said...every surgeon is different.  Do you take b12 supplements?

The TSH is within normal...and I don't see a T3 or T4 lab drawn which would give further insight to a potential thyroid problem (again...thyroid controlled by pituitary gland...)

It also does functions of sex gland drives and things like that...which is what the FSH and the LH is.  However...those reference ranges change depending on age, where in your menstrual cycle is, etc etc etc.  I don't know enough to rattle stuff off about FSH and LH without reference ranges and more info and things like that...but am wondering if that is one of the possible abnormalities he was looking at?  I can't be certain though.

And these labs, with the exception of the TSH, FSH and LH those labs are basically just what is known as a "CBC" and CMP

Good luck!

Oh - and when you talk to the doc about your MRI results ask SPECIFIC questions:

WHAT lab value made you order the MRI?
WHY did you need the MRI?
WHAT did the MRI show?
WHAT would have been abnormal?

Think about questions, write them down, and bring them with you.  And write the answers down.  If the answers don't make sense to you - ask more questions regarding what doesn't make sense to you.  If need be, ask to make an appointment with the doctor SPECIFICALLY to ask and answer questions (like a consult type appointment)

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
