***Winter Wednesday Roll Call***

OMG Pam you haven't used that mattress pad warmer yet?!  Its da bomb!  I so love mine since you educated me about it I went out and bought it right away as us girls need to sleep warm I love, love mine!  So does George.  Please someone do the dance of go away snow!  I have had enough of the white crap!  Go away!  Now!  I am going to head to the supermarket and load up on a few things so I don't feel trapped.  I am so tired of all of this bad weather and florida isn't much better.  Today has me trying to take my expedition in to be checked out as its running like its gasping for air its probably the coil ignition wire again my mechanic said once one goes the rest start to follow so I don't want to get caught dead on the road.  I will be doing laundry, changing the bed sheets, litter boxes, feeding the dogs, cats and birds and hibernating for the rest of the day.  Everybody stay warm and have a great day.  Jo I am guessing I missed this part but what did you have done requiring drainage?  Hope you feel better soon.  Take care everyone. I had a mattress pad warmer - Anyway - when we got our new bed, it was bigger than our old bed, so my mattress pad didn't work on it properly.   So...I just got one yesterday!  And yes, I know how wonderful they are

Oh - and Jo had plastics - tummy tuck and lipo!

Hi all,

Another school day.  I haven't looked outside yet.  Maybe they will cancel teehee.  Have to take the dog to the vet today.  She is weesing and snarfling.  So, a busy day.

Probably not cancelling today....well, at least around here....don't know what you guys got there.  We got a little freezing rain for a few hours last night but it didn't accumulate.  Then tonight we are supposed to get 1-2 inches of wet snow...and Thursday during the day we are expected, depending on the report you watch, to get anywhere between 6-12 inches during the day and then another 3-6 inches during Thursday into Friday night

These forecasters need to make up their minds and stick together.  Accuweather says snurricane, weather service says a couple of inches.  I'm hoping for the national weather service forecast. 

Working OT this morning, staying until 3:30.

Siehara has appt with psychiatrist.  I cancelled her counseling appt yesterday because of that crap falling out of the sky.  It just wasn't worth the risk.

After that, just coming home to relax.  I went to bed late last night after chatting with a friend and I know it's going to hit me by mid morning or early afternoon.

Good morning Pam and the rest of the PA gang...

I am working 6a till 4p today.  I, too, was up entirely too late last night and am dragging a little this morning.  Luckily, I have my delicious Wawa coffee to get me through this rough start.  Actually, cutting out this morning for an appointment at the IU unit with Hannah.  She was getting speech therapy through Early Intervention but that stops when you turn 3.  Well her one teacher seemed to think her speech regressed a little since speech therapy stopped, so we have the evaluation at the IU.  I don't know what to think of it all.  To me, her speech doesn't seemed delayed and I think she talks just fine, at least as good as Ryleigh does.  In fact, yesterday she told me that I was her best friend.  Ryleigh claims we are merely buddies. 

So anyhow...I've got that going on and then back to work till 4.  Tonight we have support group at LVH for anyone who might be interested.  6pm till 7:30pm and I think it's in the auditorium tonight.  Also, lots of storm tracking for the next day or so.  Kind of a weather geek....

Who cares what the IU has to say - if Hannah says you're her best friend, then really, what else does one need to hear?!?! :)  Good luck today! :)

Well as expected, Hannah clammed up and got really shy for the evaluation.  She loosened up a little towards the end, but they are going to go see her at daycare one day. 

Otherwise, I think I clearly saw the look of embarrassment and regret on Hannah's face, as I told the people at the IU that Hannah told me I was her best friend.  Just wait till she brings a boy around, she doesn't know the meaning of embarrassed....lol
