Tuesday Excercise
morning elliptical queen!
I am not sure if I will be doing anything today. It depends on how Siehara is when she gets home from school and how much homework she has. I would like to at least get to the gym to do 5K training and some ab work. We'll have to see.
EDITED: Decided to cancel Siehara's appointment due to the crap falling out of the sky. SO, I did body pump at the gym. pulled a hamstring, so now I am stretching it like crazy

Morning,
I don't "do" exercise on Tuesday mornings (my Monday nights are late and it's just not an option). However, I'm going to do the same thing I did last week and go to 'interval fight training" tonight after work - an hour of kick-ass workout! (last week I was sore until Saturday from it, so we'll see what this week does to me - haha!)

I've been bad about posting my exercise, but I've still been plugging away.
Today is Tuesday, which is a Zumba day, preceded by 20 minutes of strength training. I see my podiatrist for my 5 week post-op follow-up appointment, and I am hoping that he tells me that I can go back to wearing regular shoes, and that I can wear my dance sneakers for Zumba again. I've been wearing my cross trainers because they offer better support but they are definitely harder to dance in. Plus, I have to wear them all-day, every-day (even to work) and I'm tired of them!
Have a great day, everyone. Let's all get out there and MOVE today!

15 minutes on the treadmill 3.5mph 5% incline (warmup before spin)
An HOUR long spin class. I thought it was 45 mins...lol
And seeing as though I posted it on FB I will give all of you a laugh too. It's been a LONG time since I did a spin class, so I was cautious w/ resistence and what not. Was in the seated position, getting ready to go to a standing position. If you know spinning, you know you have to turn the resistence up before standing...otherwise you go flying all over the place, to much momentum.
Well...I did turn it up...but apparently not enough, I'm stronger than I thought. So I was the moron in the class who went flying (but my shoes were strapped in to the pedals) so I ended up folded like a very ungraceful poorly folded oragami swan inbetween the handlebars and the seat! My water bottle went flying, my gel seat I put on the actual bike seat slipped off.....oh it was such a site. Nothing except my integrity was hurt and I laughed it off...but caused quite a commotion. GOOD first impression I tell you!
Oh - and I signed up for a personal trainer. I'm excited and terrified.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/thumbsup2.gif)
