Ok...keep in mind that this is food I have packed for between 7p tonight and 7am FRIDAY morning. I have no idea what I will eat when
3 greek yogurts w/ berries
2 grilled chicken breast sandwhiches w/ lettuce, turkey bacon and ranch dressing on a whole wheat small "snack" roll
2 portions of a chef salad (Romaine, carrots, peppers, cucumbers) with deli ham, cheese, and turkey
2 Portions of Healthy Choice Tomato Basil Soup
1 Portion of chicken taco meat with cheese (I didn't eat it last night)
2 bags of cucumbers and baby carrots
And as far as the FB comment about hospital food - Lisa is right - our food (that you order IN the cafeteria isn't bad at all. They have a very impressive salad bar, along with various other healthier options. I may end up going down and getting a grilled chicken and veggie quesadilla at some point if I'm bored with the food I packed.
I'll post tomorrow what I had and what I plan to eat....

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Today was a really odd food day for me, due to a work event... so:
B: Matrix shake with PB2
S: None
L: 1/2 filet mignon with some steamed broccoli and 2 spoons of stuffed baked potato, a little salad
S: None (mistake!)
D: repeat of lunch (my leftovers)
S: Piece of asher's sugar-free chocolate
Trying to play catch-up on my water now, as I didn't have a water bottle with me (was running for the train and walking a distance in the city - so decided to go without it).
Amazingly "off" pattern today - tomorrow will be another and more regular day.
