Sticking to the Basics - Tues!
Good Morning All - the world is back in balance - I'm here! lol
B: oatmeal
S: cheddar cheese and 1 hard pretzel
L: I brought a slice of pizza but it gave me such bad heart burn last night I might opt to run out for something healthier
S: yogurt and peaches
D: crock-pot short ribs
S: chocolate pudding with PB and a little cool whip

B: 2 eggs w/mozzarella cheese, coffee---separate of course
S: greek yogurt w/sf jam and granola
L: tandoori chicken (this may change to sashimi if I am motivated to leave the house.. want to treat myself!)
S: hummus w/ carrots
D: turkey chili w/ protein bread (may have the chicken here instead)
S: ricotta w/ sf pudding

Upping my calories this week, at the urging of my primary doc & my endocrinologist. Long story.
B: Syntha-6 caramel latte
S: cheddar cheese
L: Ricotta-mozzarella-spinach pie with turkey bolognese on the side
S: Greek yogurt, protein granola, blueberries
Post-gym S: protein bread with PB
D: chicken thigh simmered in tomatoes, spinach
S: Protein ice cream
B: Syntha-6 caramel latte

L: Ricotta-mozzarella-spinach pie with turkey bolognese on the side
S: Greek yogurt, protein granola, blueberries
Post-gym S: protein bread with PB

I was supposed to go out and celebrate my surgiversary BUT we're gonna have to wait to do that next week. I'm down 101lbs (in general...we're not going to include what I weigh TODAY because i'm still swollen from surgery).
B-sheetz sugar free soy coffee
S- 6oz greek yogurt with strawberry puree and splenda
L- buffalo chicken "dip" (mush)
S- probably a protein shake of some sort
D- lumps of crab meat, lemon and old bay. Yes I realize this is not puree but it's soft enough that I dont think it'll bug me. We'll see how it goes
S- Sugar free tapioca with cool whip!

After gym: BIG home made protein shake (one cup skim plus milk, 6 ounces greek yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries) 28gm protein
Fluids: Before gym 12 ounces decaf crystal light iced tea
During gym: 16 ounces water
After gym (but before home): 16 ounces water
Packed for work:
Greek yogurt w/ berries 17gm
Turkey taco meat and cheese: 20ish gms?
Carrots and cucumber slices
Pear
2 ounce chicken breast on whole wheat mini bun w/ 1/4 avocado, one slice baked turkey bacon and some ranch dressing
After gym: BIG home made protein shake (one cup skim plus milk, 6 ounces greek yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries) 28gm protein

S: Vanilla egg custard
L: creamy black bean soup with 1 oz cheddar - I skipped this yesterday, and might again today
s: Summer melon protein shake with 6 blackberries and water
D: 2.5 oz meatballs, 1 oz mozz, 4 tbs marinara, and 2 oz ricotta = YUM
S; who needs one after that feast?
